HARDFACING ELECTRODES

A special wear rutile electrode which has high strength and toughness combined with good abrasion resistance. It provides machinable deposit.
This electrode has extremely high hardness caused by separation of chrome carbide. Suitable for overlaying the parts subject to service earth abrasion resistance weld.
Rutile coated electrode designed for ease of application with excellent metallurgical properties, combining good slag control and minimum spatter with easy slag removal.
A basic rutile coated manual metal arc welding electrode depositing alloyed weld metal of low hydrogen content to minimise the risk of cracking.
The depositing metal of this electrode is a typical martensite structures. It has self hardening property and good impact resistance.
Rebuilding of steel with 12 % - 14 % manganese. Recommended in the case of wear of metal against metal with violent shocks.

A complete multifunctional hardfacing electrode with chromium carbides designed to compact corrosion, wear, severe abrasion and impact.

Basic coated electrode for hardfacing, parts subject to severe abrasion without impact. Ability to retain its hardness even at high temperature.

For sugar mill machinery and allied equipment, where rebuilding of sugar cane crusher rolls and other parts are needed.
